We are currently expanding into real estate and are on the lookout for opportunities within this industry.

Sports Entertainment

We currently operate within the sports entertainment industry with secondary ticket sellers and are not looking for new opportunities.

Online Entertainment

We are currently engaged in a seed round for a new online entertainment produt through one of our subsidiaries and are currently not looking for new opportunities.

Additional Industries

We are currently expanding into and exploring options within the food service industry. We have already made our first investment which will be announced soon along with more information.

Entertainment is our main industry at this time and we have been involved with one exit in the short time we have been active in this market. We also invest into more established entertainment products.

Our Next Chapter

We are currently seeking real estate investment opportunties as we look to expand into this industry. We have to be able to bring our new and exciting real estate products to market once we get a foothold and become more established. As of now we are only interested in resedential investments, however, we plan to expand to commercial in the future.

Our Team

Dylan Rich

CEO/CPO

Dylan is the CEO and CPO of RIFT. He has run many successful projects in the online entertainment space and has extensive experience within this industry. He has sold multiple businesses, secured partnerships with companies such as Red Bull and worked in product roles for multiple companies.

Dylan oversees all of RIFT and the rest of the executive team while also fulfilling all CPO responsibilities.

Terry Ji

COO

Terry is the COO of RIFT. He is responsible for operations in the entertainment and real estate department. He also assists in operations management for our food service investments.

Before being named COO, Terry owned and managed multiple esports related businesses and is read to help accelerate the growth of RIFT.

Khalil Wheatle

CTO

Khalil is the CTO of RIFT. He has proficiently worked on multiple projects for Microsoft and Google, constructing advanced coding projects in full stack. Khalil oversees the technical infrastructure and is the lead developer behind RIFT and its investments.

Ryan Rameshwar

CFO

Ryan is the CFO of RIFT. He has partnered with Dylan on many investment projects preceeding RIFT and has owned and operated his own businesses as well. Ryan oversees all of RIFT's finanacial decisions and maintains all books.

Ivy Becerra

CIO

Ivy is the CIO of RIFT. Ivy has worked on many projects within the online entertainment industry and has worked on many successful projects with Dylan preceding RIFT. She was involved in RIFT's first successful exit/acquisition and has since moved to RIFT full time.
